By accessing or using KhidmaGo ("خدماقو"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
KhidmaGo is a lead generation marketplace connecting job posters (clients) with blue-collar professionals in Tunisia. The platform allows:
- Clients to post job requests for free
- Professionals to browse job opportunities
- Users to unlock contact information using credits
- Direct communication via WhatsApp after contact unlock
3. User Accounts
To use KhidmaGo, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credit System & Payments
Our platform operates on a credit-based system:
- Job Posting: Always FREE for all users
- Contact Unlocking: Requires credits (one-time unlock, permanent access)
- Credit Purchases: Available via D17 or Mobiflouss mobile money
- No Subscriptions: Pay only for leads you want
Refund Policy: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unlocked contacts cannot be "re-locked" for credit return. In cases of technical errors or fraudulent listings, contact support for review.
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Scrape or collect user data without permission
- Circumvent security features or credit requirements
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the system
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Content Guidelines
All content you post (including job listings, profiles, and voice bios) must:
- Be accurate and truthful
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Not contain hate speech or discrimination
- Be appropriate for a professional context
- Comply with Tunisian laws and regulations
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
KhidmaGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The quality of work performed by professionals
- The accuracy of user-provided information
- That you will find suitable jobs or workers
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
KhidmaGo is a connection platform. We are not party to any agreements between users and are not responsible for disputes between clients and professionals.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhidmaGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your access to purchased credits and unlocked contacts may be revoked.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
